These terms and conditions apply to all of our work unless specifically stated otherwise.
The Service
Unless otherwise stated, our quoted price is for a standard outside clean which includes the glass, frames and sills. A standard clean removes the general dirt that accumulates over time on a window, for example rain marks, dust, pollen, fingerprints, cobwebs, road spray, bird muck and bird strikes. A standard clean does not include the removal of builder’s debris such as paint, varnish, silicon, stickers, glue, cement, concrete, render or plaster and does not remove staining from the frames or sills.
For windows contaminated with builder’s debris we can offer a builder’s clean (subject to our availability). A builder’s clean is significantly more expensive than a standard clean. It should also be noted that it is not always possible to remove all of the above contaminants without leaving damage to either the glass, seals, frames or sills. For these reasons, we strongly recommend that when having work done to a property, customers ensure that whoever is doing the work is keeping a very close eye on the windows so that they can wipe off any stray building materials before they have a chance to set in place. We cannot guarantee against damage once these items have dried.
Subject to availability, we also offer internal window cleaning. The price for inside window cleaning is usually in the region of double the price for the outsides. The difference in price is to account for internal jobs taking longer to complete and requiring extra equipment, along with the requirement to co-ordinate our timings with those of the customer. The cleaning of any extra internal glass over and above the insides of the windows themselves (for example internal glass doors, partitions, balustrades, mirrors or secondary glazing) will incur additional costs. In advance of us arriving to complete work indoors, it is imperative that access to the windows has been arranged (for example by moving furniture and fully opening blinds) and that window ledges are cleared of items. If this has not been done, there may be extra charges.

Frequency of service - Main Round
Most jobs are typically completed between Monday and Friday. This round rotates through all of the areas/streets that we cover before returning to the start. This rotation usually takes approximately 6 weeks, however it can be affected by events outside of our control for example adverse weather, equipment/vehicle failure and staff sickness. As such there is no guarantee of an exact frequency of cleans, just an assurance that we will be working hard to make our way round all of our customers.

Frequency of service - Sunday Round
The Sunday round comprises of shops, offices and flats above shops on Grantown High Street and Square. These jobs are completed either weekly, fortnightly or monthly within a 4 week block each month. On the few occasions that there are 5 Sundays in a month, we have a much needed Sunday at home with our families.
There are occasions where planned events prevent us from completing this (for example Motormania on the 1st Sunday of September). On these occasions we either do some or all of the work on the Saturday, shift the whole month back a week if there are 5 Sundays that month or otherwise juggle the jobs around to try and provide a service as close to possible as to what has been agreed with the customer.
